= Overview =
As we all know we have a great Mozilla community around India. We have a large number of dedicated students, developers and evangelists who are really passionate about Mozilla. We have seen that very few people in India actually know about Firefox Nightly Desktop. So we have taken an initiative to run a pilot campaign for Firefox Nightly throughout India. Firefox Nightly, as a pre-release version of Firefox targeting power-users and core Mozilla contributors, is a glimpse of what the future of Firefox will be for hundreds of millions of people. Having a healthy and strong technical community using and testing Nightly is a great way to easily get involved in Mozilla by providing a constant feedback loop to developers. Here you can test lots of pre-release features. So it needs a little bit of general promotion, which will pump to bring a good number of tech-savvy, power users who will be our active community members.

The goal is to install Firefox Nightly in participant’s PC, show features of nightly, and discuss how to setup telemetry and test profile, file bugs on crashes, mozregression, webcompat.com etc.  

* Put an event team together 
* Choose a date and secure a venue 
* Setup the event on Reps Portal

For the duration, we recommend a half-day (or full evening) event with a minimum of 5-15 attendees.

* Sharing communication channel for Nightly - 7 Mins.
* Installing nightly on participants PC { For no internet/ slow internet connection,  nightly application would be shared through pendrive or other medium. } -30 mins
* Install Nightly tools - 10 mins

= Swag request =
* Any rep can file swag. For non-rep, he/she has to find any rep near about him or they should contact core team for extreme case for requesting swag.
* After filing the swag request, rep has to cc brnet00@gmail.com
* Campaign owner will mark the bug special by putting '''INUsesFxNightly''' in whitboard.
* For every event 1 swag pack would be shipped. 
* For getting swag pack, event organizer has to create event agenda and goal.
* After event, event organizer should post blog and event pic with detailed report of event post metrics.
* Core team will count the metrics from there.

= Budget request =
* Any rep can file budget. For non-rep, he/she has to find any rep near about him or they should contact core team for extreme case for requesting budget
* After filing the budget request, rep has to cc brnet00@gmail.com
* Campaign owner will mark the bug special by putting '''INUsesFxNightly''' in whitboard.
* For every event 25 USD = 1500 (INR) is fixed.
* Budget can be used only for refreshment cost. Other than that would not be reimbursed. 
* For getting budget, event organizer has to create event agenda and goal.
* After event, event organizer should post blog and event pic with detailed report of event post metrics.
* After submitting event report, reimbursement would be done. 
* It will take max 7 days.
* Core team will count the metrics from there.
