- bug 1176759 prevented release-runner to start the release. Reverted the problematic ship-it PR, synced manually to git.m.o and deployed
- Release runner continued to work, bumped configs, but was not able to reconfig due to missing beta version in the partial list
Build 2
release-runner failed to reconfig because of bug 1176784

Issues
- some win32 l10n repacks failed because of insufficient disk space, retried automatically
- update verify failures due to a rule on release-localtest pointing to 38.0.5. Deleted.
