should we multi-home collector?
- nothing else in Moz infra is multi-homed
- could be done with some work, need prioritizing
- we have special support that mostly mitigates this risk already

FYI, https://github.com/mozilla/crontabber/pull/69 is the last blocker before being able to make the admin node reload on upgrades
- admin node is manual to update
- this crontabber patch will remove the risk
- blocks automating alembic migrations
