• Determines which bugs his managees should fix, and in what order
• Updates project plan with progress data from bug system

Skills:

Peter is comfortable with computers and familiar with domain-specific tools, such as spreadsheets and email, but is not a techie. He understands high-level discussions about code but gets lost when people dive into detail. He can drive a web browser competently enough; he uses IE because that's what his computer came with.

Peter wears glasses, but occasionally forgets them.
