Language Packs for Sunbird and Lightning nightly builds

Until Bug 340845 is fixed, i will provide language packs for nightly builds. Also, to make the life of localizers a bit easier, i have outputs of compare-locales for each locale.

To enable the language pack, start Sunbird with the command line switch "-uilocale nl". Substitute "nl" with your language code. A second way is to use the Quick Locale Switcher
