I've added [[Bugzilla:Personas:Mike|Mike]] who have his own bugzilla installation outside the company VPN just to take care of give professional support to bug reporters and when a bug is real move it to the internal installation where coders, qa and every one that works on the patch/fix flow can take care of the bugs. I've put it him in Focal, but I'm open to discuss this. | |||

foolswisdom: Did you actually read the persona? It's an "IT Support" persona - the person who installs and maintains Bugzilla, not the person who answers questions on the phone from users of the software. The personas do include "Daily Tasks", which is a list of activities. | |||
