- Only want to support basic management functionality, and leave as much as possible to the desktop.
- Want to retain some of the basic concepts of about:weave/desktop, and the information architecture developed for it (e.g., if we add a "Sync now" button on mobile, we should probably add it in the same place as the desktop, unless we have a good reason not to).
- No new account support on mobile, because keys are slow to generate and big forms are best left to the desktop.
