Hosting the Standup
- Current hosts: drs, gtorodelvalle, Rik, thills
- Hosts rotate every day.
- Start with any administrative items (ask if you don't know or don't have any).
- Move to individual updates. Go alphabetically, in descending order.
- If someone's update is taking longer than 3-4 minutes, you should generally cut them off and ask them to talk about it after the standup.
- Move the meeting minutes to the wiki page for that day. For example, here are July 8's minutes.
- Copy the reports from the standup Etherpad to the wiki page for that day. Replace-all "bug XXX" with "\{\{bug|XXX\}\}" (sorry, I'm not sure how to escape this, ignore the \'s).
- Ask the person who should be hosting the day after you if they'll be available that day. If not, move onto the next person.
