Firefox Activity Stream Program - Cross-Platform Status Report - Nov-28-2016

Desktop	Add-On	'Okanagan Lake' sprint in progress, with end date of Dec 4th. Yellow status due to the fact that final MVP breakdown work and schedule is still pending. Shield study in progress. AS 'Graduation' planning/discussions underway.
Android	FF52 TBC	Currently in sprint 2.0 (ending Dec 11). Currently not confirmed if 52 is the delivery vehicle as final MVP breakdown, and subsequent forecasting is still underway (hence Yellow status), targeting to complete this sprint.
iOS	V7.0 TBC	Currently in sprint 2.0 (ending Dec 11) and V7.0 development period has begun. V7.0 as the AS delivery vehicle is not yet confirmed as final MVP breakdown, and subsequent forecasting is still underway (hence Yellow status), targeting to complete this sprint.

Exec Summary/Hot Topics

General

Engineering breakdown of MVP user stories is not yet complete for all platforms. All teams are aiming to complete the breakdown exercise in the coming weeks, and once finalized a forecast for delivery of Activity Stream for each platform will be generated and communicated. Mobile platforms are aiming to have a complete schedule by December 9th - status of breakdown mobile completion can be found [1].

Desktop

Current Sprint 'Mount Revelstoke'
Planning to complete MVP breakdown work in December to enable creation of MVP delivery forecast.
Discussions have begun on how to 'graduate' AS code to the trains, vs the current add-on, pending favorable feedback from the Shield study.

Android

Current Sprint 2.0
Priorities - finalizing breakdown, tab/home panel, highlights, telemetry.
Only a handful of breakdowns remain; targeting completion this week (first half of the sprint).

iOS

Current Sprint 2.0
Priorities - new tab/home panel, highlights,telemetry
AS feature development continues through the V7.0 development period (3 sprints ending Jan 8th).
