P1 Update English articles for Fx 4

• Work with Cheng to come up with a list of features that will need documentation specific to Firefox 4. List [2010-10-11]
• Develop a list of articles that need to be updated.[2010-10-13] List
• Develop a list of new articles that will need to be created.[2010-10-13] List
• Get a list of features from devs with their expected freeze dates so we'll know when we can write the documentation for that feature.[2010-10-15] Ongoing
• Create timeline for doc updates and communicate it with localizers [2010-10-18]
  • Since most of the Fx 4 updates can't be finalized yet, I'll be focusing on preliminary drafts to new Firefox 4 features over the month of November.
