Some communities have old l10n members that do not approve change. We need to solve that problem. Pierros: All should be equal recognized as contributors, widen the specter.

Team 1:

  1. Started but not complected (~20%). Still need a lot of work on it.
  2. Need to define contributor as not only l10n people, but widen the specter. Balkan countries have started to get new people, also new Kosovo community.
  3. Mozilla Balkans 2010 Ljubljana is not that, since it was a sort of Mozilla Camp. So we need to define what a 'large event' is, so we can focus on achieving it.
  4. Firefox is OK in all locales, Thunderbird is a bit slow but is being worked on.
  5. Not clear for all of the locales of what the goal meant, so need to redefine it.

Team 2:

  1. Not/little achieved. It's miserable and kinda clear, but define more clearly, and will be achievable in 2010, in the next month.
  2. Archived mostly. Need to reset goal, it is a long term one. Need to communicate to people on How to Contribute http://www.mozilla.com/contribute (?)
