Question - what can we do to have better image placement in articles? Michelle once used "*:" but that doesn't work anymore. We do this manually now by adding padding to images or lots of breaks.

Scoobidiver noticed a strange dip in helpfulness of Common questions after updating Firefox. We must have missed an issue in Fx 7 - trying to figure in out here.
- The dip in helpfulness of Common questions after updating Firefox didn't show up on the KB dashboard because the helpfulness is averaged over a month. We should shorten that. Bug 696332
- Kadir to file a bug to get automatic messages once the helpfulness of an article drips significantly

We got bad reviews for mistakenly requesting more access than we needed
