The purpose of TRIBE is to deepen the skills of the LEAD program. TRIBE introduces the key concepts of LEAD throughout the project in support of cultural transformation. This program is for all members of the project. Invited are people who want to develop their skills, regardless of their role within the project. We all want to be part of a tribe, so here is your chance! Tribe is a training program for people who want to develop their skills, regardless of their role at Mozilla.

TRIBE invites participants to play an active role in their own learning. There will be no PowerPoint. These sessions intend to create an environment where people feel safe to step forward and be more vulnerable about their strengths, successes, and challenges. TRIBE is filled with relevant concepts and practical skills so participants walk out of each session equipped to immediately use what they’ve learned.
