TRIBE introduces the key concepts of LEAD throughout the project in support of cultural transformation. This program is for all members of the project. Invited are people who want to develop their skills, regardless of their role within the project. This will contribute to cultivating a peer-to-peer culture, creating greater global connectedness, and expanding our capacity.
