FirefoxOS Polish Team
Polish team is an effort to increase the level of polish in FirefoxOS, but is also a chance for employees and community members alike to address the issues that bug them personally. Any employee working on FirefoxOS has the option to spend up to two days a week working on polish bugs. There is no limit to how much time outside of working hours you can spend on polish :)
There is an IRC channel (#gaia-polish) and we meet every week, 9am PST/4pm GMT to 11:30am PST/6:30pm GMT for 'office hours' on Vidyo (see the public FirefoxOS events calendar). This is a chance to discuss any bugs you're working on, get feedback or help and discover things to work on if you'd like to take part.
