MDN 0.9.x (Danger Mouse) Goals

With the initial 0.9 version of the MDN website live, we have received a lot of great feedback and want to address it in the next round 0.9.* releases. In addition, we have a few features that were pushed out due to limited time and webdev resources, so we need to get them implemented ASAP over a few milestones.
