This is the agenda and action items for the pre-launch check-in for Markup.

Time / Location

The purpose of this meeting is to have check-in on the status of the Mark Up dark launch.

Fred to file a bug to push data.
Matt: Push changes from dev to stage.
Matt: Check to see what IP is being reported when marks are created on stage. (hopefully not the proxy IP)
Matt: Flip bit to NOT store unsimplified marks.
Laura: Test admin functionality again.
Matt: Dump the DB, migrate, dump again, Matt to load test, dump again.
Matt: Will let Michael know when he is ready for security testing.

Fred filed bugs for Jabba.
Jabba now has environment for Matt to begin load testing against production.
Matt has begun light testing, and will recommence load testing against production.
- Testing is expected to take through Wednesday.
Michael C has filed one security bug, a possible DOS attack.
Laura is awaiting a go-ahead from us to once again approach Reddit and others to publish the announcement.
