A FAQ in the Wiki. Nothing is here by now. By now have a look at

Where is my Calendar file?
(I have the German version so please correct my "back-translatioin".) Select the "calendar list" tab in the upper right area of the screen (above the "task-list"). Right click on the calender and select "edit Calendar". The file name and path are shown in the label next to "lokal filename".
