Short Description

The purpose of TRIBE is to deepen the skills of the LEAD program. TRIBE introduces the key concepts of LEAD throughout the project in support of cultural transformation. This program is for all members of the project. Invited are people who want to develop their skills, regardless of their role within the project. This will contribute to cultivating a peer-to-peer culture, creating greater global connectedness, and expanding our capacity.

    Current Status and Further Work

    • June 2013 launch of Session One; Awareness of Self.
    • In 2013 Session One will be offered in North America, Canada and Europe.
    • Session four will be offered in North America once or twice; Awareness of your presence.
    • Tribe’s Train the Trainer – In year one of Tribe, 2-4 members of the People Team will be trained to lead this within the project. Ostensibly handing it over to the project to run and deliver.
    • Session Three, Power Storytelling, will be offered twice in 2013 with a class size of 12 -18 each.
      • Date: Week of Sept. 23rd, 2013 Location: Toronto (to be confirmed)
      • Date: Week of Dec. 2nd, 2013 Location: Europe (to be confirmed)
