Operations Updates

AWS

• we are reading and writing in prod to/from s3. turning off hbase is blocked on moving correlations and module list. patch by end of the week?
• hbase is being slowed down by our testing protocol. We feel confident turning that off now, though.

DB

• Just after 5 PM pacific we're failing over to new DB hardware

Other

• IT is imposing a change freeze from 23 through 28 December and 31 December through 2 January.
