The Commit Access Implementation module is a governance structure for the work of enforcing and implementing Mozilla's commit access policy.

Responsibilities

  • monitoring the access request queue
  • confirming that all access requests satisfy the requirements of the commit access policy before being granted
  • coordinating with relevant members of the IT team who are ultimately responsible for setting up the accounts and providing access
  • ensuring that the requests are dealt with in a timely manner, and that the overall process is not too burdensome
