Mozilla Community Store - Zazzle.com
Project Background:
Inspired by a T-shirt design contest held earlier this year ([1]), we're creating a new "Community" Store where Firefox fans from around the world can design, customize, and create their own stuff - focusing initial launch on T-shirts/Apparel. We've partnered with Zazzle.com which offers high quality print-on demand services with global reach to help manage and host the store on their site.
The Community Store will be a side-kick to the official Mozilla Store, which currently has limitations in inventory and shipping - so our intention is not to compete, but foster the Firefox design community by opening our creative process a little more. The Mozilla Store will operate as usual and feature unique items not offered in the Community Store. Revenue generation is not a primary goal and all items will be sold at minimum cost. Proceeds will support the Mozilla Foundation.

- Continue to grow and establish the design community
- A new channel of engagement which empowers and fosters the creative energy of Firefox fans around the world.
Branding
- Strengthen and spread Mozilla brand through customized / community generated products
Project Breakdown:

- This will be the main Community Store landing page and used for all promotional purposes. Elements include:
- Introductory paragraph
- Main graphic banner (perhaps with animation)
- Sample preview of submitted designs
- Link to the Guidelines, Upload tool and Zazzle gallery
- Side nav bar with links to home, upload tool, guidelines, and FAQ.
Upload tool
- Users will be able to upload their designs using this form, which will then be reviewed and submitted to Zazzle for product placement. The uploaded information will be dumped into a database which we can then use to link designs to designers and their information.

- Email (Required)
- Web Site (Optional)
- Design name/description (Optional)
- "click" Agreement (Required agreement to legal/TMP/terms of service)

- Upload confirmation / Thank you page with link to Zazzle Gallery
Submission Guidelines:
- PNG or JPG
- 150 - 300 dpi
- up to 12x12" canvas size
- File name should be saved with reference to their name / design name
- Should zip multiple files
