Data Continuity

The purpose of the project is tracking the following:

  • Complete the executive dashboard with both v2 and unified telemetry
  • Complete the search retention report with both v2 and unified telemetry
  • Revisit the longitudinal/experiment use cases and make sure we have a reasonable way to access the data for those cases
  • Complete Sam's analysis comparing v2/v4 on release data over a longer time period
  • Give a presentation (as a group) to executives about what to expect during the transition & from the new data

Goal

keep the goal statement as simple as possible and include criteria to make it clear when the project will be completed. one way to think of this statement is, what is the benefit of completing this project?

Scope

list items that are both in and out of scope for the project

Duration

estimated project time

Projects

list any sub-projects - depending on complexity you may want to create a project page for each sub-project
