Improved Eudora Importers

This version fixes some problems with the importers for both Windows and Mac Eudora. Most if not all of these changes will be migrated into Thunderbird at some point.

• [Unable to import if Eudora is using '.nnt' format] fixed. Now the Eudora importers do not fail if the Eudora Address Book is stored in 'nnt' format instead of 'txt' format.
• [When importing folders from Eudora, Thunderbird ignores folders whose names begin with a space] fixed. Now correctly importing Eudora mailboxes/folder whose name begins with a space.
• [Import Eudora mail fails to find attachments in other directories] partially fixed. Now importers can find Eudora attachments if the link in message is correct or if the file is in the default 'Attach' directory. Still need to address other custom attachment folders.
