Mobile/Archive/Android Theme

Summary

The current Fennec theme is an original creation, somewhat influenced by Maemo norms. We should create an Android specific theme for Fennec on Android devices that fits better there, while still maintaining some cross-platform Fennec distinctiveness.

Typically, we try to maintain glyphs/icons and overall layout across platforms, while altering button shape, colors, and textures to fit better with the host platform conventions.
