Can you guys chat about scope of bug 563236, externalize static. There's a good deal of changes to code style in that patch, good or bad? Also, what should our style guide look like, if we need one? (Axel)
- Python: 4 spaces (PEP8)
- JS: follow http://nodeguide.com/style.html
  - 2 spaces of indentation
  - one var statement per variable

- Templates: 2 spaces
