Editors

  • Make SUMO a fun place to contribute
  • Increase awareness of SUMO among MoCo employees and increase participation
  • Improve automated feedback and processes to welcome new contributors; part of this is keeping an eye on new contributors, reaching out to them and using a softer hand when reviewing their first contributions to give them a positive experience of working on SUMO.
  • Increase outreach to new editors, this includes documentation and knowledge-sharing around what it means to review articles, how it is done and how to become one
  • Continue KB editors meeting and invite new editors to join; this is important for knowledge-sharing and information exchange around new processes as well as understanding the experience new editors have with our platform, so we can make the right tweaks to improve it
  • Additional documentation
    • Keywords documentation
    • Screenshot documentation
    • How to become a reviewer criteria
