• 7/31 Beta launch - 6 weeks and 1 day out! Hollar if you need help, last few weeks shouldn't be a death march.
• Identity and Apps -Where top level company goals, some "re-alignment", so Identity is under B2G and other efforts. Less visibiility, but still an important long term project.

• train-2012-06-08 has been deployed in staging. Currently working on developing puppet scripts to start and configure the new router process. Estimated completion 2:30pm

QA

• Train 29: Bug 763015 - QA and deploy BrowserID train-2012.06.08 to production

• Starting a user research project with Crystal/Dan. We want to discover what real people want from an identity product. Lindsay Kensig, our new user researcher, will join the team for this project.
• coordinate with Felix on repeating the privacy study in Germany

Product Marketing

• Working on GTM plan; Deciding on "Beta" naming
• Working with Crystal to update https://dev.diresworb.org/about for Thursday to make the next train.
• Like to know best way to know when the last possible train leaves for 7/31.
