What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe
Learn how to best grow Mozilla in terms of seeking out and recruiting interested persons and helping them identify how best they can help by doing something in line with what they love rather than what I think they should, mentoring them, and effectively follow up on them after they've left the nest.
