Requires down time, Apache needs to be restarted. This update needs to happen before the code push.
This release changes the configuration of Apache for the WebApp, here is the diff: https://github.com/mozilla/socorro/commit/ebf5a80703d0b49c7bef38319ac4764f11d1c9b7#diff-2 and here is how it was changed on stage: http://dumitru.pastebin.mozilla.org/2054161
The WebApp's configuration needs to change as well: in file application.php (found in /data/socorro/htdocs/application/config/ on prod) this needs to change: http://pastebin.mozilla.org/2054162
