(kmoir) Investigating bug 811444 - android panda boards magically reboot in the middle of the test (--run-slower no longer working)
Reminder because of power work in scl3 tomorrow, build/test capacity will be reduced, especially for macs. bug 848086

Updated Autophone to better report throbber times, decreased number of iterations from 20 to 5.
Updated Phonedash to also report std deviations and to allow selection of initial data points only.
