- bug 970487 hg web head sync issues
- bug 1051092 bouncer issues

- several repack failures needing reruning standalone rebuild (pmoore)
- webheads out of sync
- final verify failed 2x, but with different URLs
- first with 8 mar failed to download
- retry had 3 mar failed to download
- no common url between the two failure sets, so all urls passed at least once.
- manually ran "ready_for_release" builder
