• Why?MoFo leaders closest to the Webmaker work we do each day get to identify and define what we're working on. This group is a mix of VPs and directors. It will meet weekly.

With the creation of this group, we’ll move much more aggressively to an agile working style that uses time bound cross team initiatives that tie back to our quarterly and yearly goals.

If the TPG succeeds, people will spend more time thinking about the initiatives and colleagues they are working with at any given moment, and less about who reports to who. Also, they'll feel like they are getting (important) shit done. Who?
