Overview
An invite only event hosted by Mozilla l10n Community in India with active and core contributors to Mozilla India who helped us with "Grow Firefox download in Indian Languages-Pilot campaign".

6th February, Saturday | Mozilla India Volunteer Campaign Training
- 09:00 - 09:15 -----> Registration
- 09:15 - 09:30 -----> Participation Introductions
- 09:30 - 10:00 -----> Introduction/Aim of this Training.
- 10:00 - 11:30 -----> Activity-1 : "Event with no / low budget"
* Groups of 5 people - (6 Groups) to prepare a plan for organizing event in different scenarios.
* Scenarios Event At ( College, School, Society, On Road, Community Space, etc)
* Theme:->
> Things to keep in mind while organizing ?
> What to talk & what not to talk ?
> Manage recognition without Swags. How ?
* Output:->
> In-depth idea of organizing an Event with no / low budget.
> Proper understanding of what to talk & what not to talk at different scenarios.
> Generation of innovative ideas to give recognition!
11:30 - 11:45 TEA BREAK
- 11:45 - 13:15 -----> Activity-2 : "Leadership paper games"
* Groups of 5 people - (6 Groups) to work in team with to make a paper bridge.
* Scenario (Three member blind folded to take instruction from other two )
* Theme:->
> It will test and improve the ability to make fast decisions.
> Strong arguments and quick voting decisions.
> How to guide fellow team member when he cannot see.
* Output:->
> Team work learning.
> Understanding of why you should trust your team mate when you cannot see.
> End result (the bridge) made by team work and trust.
13:15 - 14:15 LUNCH
- 14:15 - 16:00 -----> Activity-3 : "Time Management / Stress Management"
* Groups of 5 people - (6 Groups) to work in team with to make a skit/play to promote Mozilla.
* Scenario Play/ Skit on( Privacy, Mozilla Mission, Firefox , Web literacy etc )
* Theme:->
> It will test and improve the ability to manage time.
> It will test and improve the ability to work in stress.
> How to divide work among team to write script, choreograph play and then execute it.
* Output:->
> Increase in time management skill.
> Increase in Stress management skill
> End result (the play) made by plan, distribution of work and execution.
16:00 - 16:15 TEA BREAK
- 16:15 - 18:15 -----> Activity-3 : "How to reach unreached ?"
* Groups of 5 people - (6 Groups) to go in public and explain them about various topics.
* Scenario ( Privacy, Mozilla Mission, Firefox , Web literacy etc )
* Theme:->
> How to interact publicly.
> How to reach unreached people.
> How to work in group.
* Output:->
> It will test and improve the ability to interact publicly.
> It will help to develop a feeling to reach unreached people.
> It will improve the ability to work in group.
- 18:15 - 18:30 -----> First day sum up.
19:30 - 21:30 DINNER TBD
7th February , Sunday | Mozilla India Volunteer Campaign Training
- 09:30 - 11:00 -----> Activity-1 : "Yesterday ?"
* Theme:->
> Share your yesterdays experience.
> What have you learned.
> What are you expecting today!
* Output:->
> What they can improve.
> What they have gained.
> A new way of thinking and organizing events!
11:00 - 11:15 TEA BREAK
- 11:15 - 12:15 -----> Activity-2 : "Talk to the big ?"
* Groups of 2 people - (12 Groups) one will talk(Mozillian) and the other(Superstar/Politician) will listen.
* Scenario ( Narendra Modi, Obama, Sharukh Khan, etc )
* Theme:->
> How to interact with renowned personalities.
> How to explain about Mozilla mission limited time.
> How to present in a surprise situation.
* Output:->
> It will test and improve the ability to interact with renowned personalities.
> It will help to develop a confidence to explain about Mozilla mission limited time.
> It will improve the ability to be proactive in surprise situation.

- 14:15 - 15:15 ----->
15:15 - 15:30 TEA BREAK

Travel
This time we are only providing TRAIN travel up-to 3A (Three tier Ac). Which need to be booked by you which will be reimbursed during the event!
Onward Journey: You can start on Friday early morning or Friday Night.
Backward Journey: You can start on Sunday evening or night.
Accommodation
Details:
- Rooms are booked for everyone on sharing basis (Two people in one room).
- Note: If you would like to arrive earlier or stay extra days, you have to make your own booking arrangements.
You can check in on Friday evening or Saturday early morning. You will have to check out on Sunday morning or afternoon.
Transportation
From Home to Station
Participants are requested to take care of your transportation from home to Railway Station in your own cities. Mozilla will not cover this travel.
From Station to Hotel
Mozilla will take care for your travel from Station to Hotel and back. Please try to opt for the minimum charge vehicle. Minimum 3 people in same vehicle.
