- Wrapping up 360 feedback process for performance reviews (Michael)
- Preparing 2 grant proposals to ship by All Hands and interviewing Major Gift Officer candidates (Juan)
- Wireframing new top-level pages for each of the sections of the foundation site
- Setting up tests for the new campaigns/petitions infrastructure running through Basket and into Salesforce
- Review initial findings/analysis from strategy evaluation with exec team (Lainie, Sam, Paul Z, Arliss, Abdoul)
- Bring the Internet Health Report to Sektor 3.0 festival in Warsaw (Kasia, Jairus)
- Finance Team: Hard close for March; Operations Team: Award RFP for Germany Branch Office (Josh)
- Interviewing Fellows candidates (Rizwan)
- IHR Phase II comms and Cloudpets press strategy (Lotta)
- Work on data protection in India (Rachita)

Executive Team Updates
- RightsCon Recovery and Follow-up: RightsCon was a real success in terms of Mozilla presence (both MoFo and MoCo) — and funder contacts. A big piece of this week for Ashley and Mark will be funder follow up. Related, Mark will be attending the Open Society Foundations Information Programs board meeting, which is happening in Toronto this week on the heels of RightsCon.
