Mozilla Foundation Weekly Priorities: February 17, 2020

Key Dates

  • Feb 19 - 360 reviews launched in Culture Amp (watch for emails)
  • Feb 21 - Deadline for completing the Engagement Survey
  • Mar 25 - MoFo Monthly Call

Note the February monthly call was cancelled - we'll resume our regular call schedule in March.

What's Moving This Week

  • Engagement survey (All - check for an email from Culture Amp)
  • Performance reviews: Completing 360 reviews for peers, managers, self and team members
  • Team planning continues: exploring dependencies and collaborations with other teams, detailing activities and roadmaps, drafting team OKRs - remember Paul is available to review drafts and offer feedback (All)
  • Preparing for the CanIGF event on March 30th in Montreal. If you have questions or wish to attend, reach out to Sarah W.
  • On February 24/25th Mark will be meeting with partners in London to further conversations about data trusts.
  • Continuing work on issue portfolios, and developing a conference strategy (Advocacy team)
  • Advocacy team is working on establishing "portfolios" and developing a conference strategy
  • Communications is focused on Team OKRs, Collateral materials, Editorial calendar, Messaging
