Spec

This feature is on hold for now
We will have data for metrics that are important to add-on developers, such as current queue stats.
Need to talk with Nick to find out what metrics he wants here and what overlap there will be with other stats dashboards.
- Top experimental add-ons
- Length of queue
  - New items in queue
  - Number reviewed in last 24 hours
