For each item we need to decide what to do:

• Figure out how to test it, and go to the extra effort of doing so.
• Trust the author and approve it.
• Agree that it's outside the scope of AMO, and explain this to the author.

Fugifox: In my oppinion we should ask authors to provide us a testing account with $1-2 for all extensions needing payment.
