P1 Update English articles for Fx 4

Work with Cheng to come up with a list of features that will need documentation specific to Firefox 4.
Get a list of features from devs with their expected freeze dates so we'll know when we can write the documentation for that feature.

Audit and inventory all existing contributor documentation [October 15]
- Decide what should be combined, deleted and updated. We'll work with Matthew and Cheng to do this for the Live Chat and Forum docs.
- Create a timeline for updating the docs
