Comment on CSS

Given recent issues with default-theme changes (bug 549306, bug 564280, bug 608792), modifications of CSS code should require mandatory verification that they are neutral to the desktop theme (i.e., work with other than the default OS theme), and especially don't break accessibility (high-contrast) themes. --Rsx11m 08:53, 4 December 2010 (PST)
