Overview

Users commonly refresh a small set of sites during the day looking for updates. If a user refreshes or launches the same page say 10 times a day, a notification may be a more efficient way of presenting that change to the user.

The notification may be done by polling RSS for changes or push notifications.

Question to Answer

What is the avg maximum count of times a user refreshes or launches the same page on a given day - (for example their home page)
