| Past Items | - last month was a little bit tight, tons of work for other jobs and college :)
- implementation of new organizational structure in Mozilla Hrvatska Community. Also, formed project teams, made preliminary preparations. - made a plan for December, January and February - applied for Communications SIG - worked on Balkan Communities ideas - went on "interviews" (informal talks with purpose to rate their interest, determine potential and area of working, etc.) with almost all people that applied for active contributing (23 interviews, little more than 28 hours spent with them :) ) - found free space for our meetings, all sizes and purposes of them. Net.culture club MAMA [1] also has presentation room with projectors, sound system and all needed equipment. - got sponsorship from Croatian National Tourist Board, tons of promo materials, brochures, DVDs, posters, maps, ... - talked and started thinking about organizing Ruby workshop for members of Mozilla Hrvatska and BEST Zagreb, as there are lots of people interested to learn it - gathered information about all Mozilla Hrvatska active contributors and put it in a database so that when needed, they are reachable/something. - some other stuff but I can't remember :) |
| Next Items | - Persona Winter Contest 2011 - organize it and start a contest. Make special website for applications and info about contest. Secure prizes for winners. Spread the word about it!
