New Mozilla Gear Strategy
- Create Consistent branding across all gear by limiting gear orders to those items that have been approved by the Mozilla Creative team
- Realign the way in which we view gear – from openly available to a 'special' recognition and reward – increasing it's value in the community and decreasing the overall volume available
- Create a systemic way in which people obtain gear consistent throughout the organization so that we can better track both our gear needs and distribution (so that we can maximize efficiency and associated costs at related to shipping)
- Have the same guidelines and regulations to obtain gear for both paid staff + volunteers
