Penelope Extension for Thunderbird Alpha 0.1 releases

• The Penelope extension works with Thunderbird 1.5.0.4 or higher.
• Download Alpha16 here via http, or here via ftp.

Alpha 16 fixes errors on the javascript console and makes the penelope extension compatible with addons.mozilla.org. This and future versions of the extension will be available on addons.mozilla.org.
