Working Groups
Timeline
- July 28th: Deadline to ensure your name (and email) are listed on the correct Working Group etherpad
- July 1st: Deadline for group leader to set up a communication channel and decide on first meeting time of the group
- July 1st - July 5th: Each working group member must reach out to 3 relevant voices outside of your Working Group to get feedback on the three goals discussed within your group (as crafted at the Assembly)
- July 8- July 12th: Meet with your Working Group to discuss this feedback and use it to refine your three goals
- July 15th-19th: Present refined copy of goals for feedback to Assembly Delegates (via email) and to larger Mozilla community at the Monday project meeting - modify as necessary
- July 22nd: Present final goals to Steering Committee (all Working Groups)
- July 29th - August 2nd: Group review on the first iteration of the schedule
- August 9th - 16th: Group review of the second iteration of the schedule
- August 23rd: Final copy of the schedule distributed to Delegates and final adjustments made before posting publicly
- August 26th - September 13th: Review of session submissions as they align with your working group (as necessary)
