Notes for q3 goals:

• Education
  • One Bugzilla Per Child: create training missions for new bugzilla users.
  • OBPC: create training missions for beginning bugmasters (working with openhatch, trainingmontage)
  • identify and document process for triage for front end/web dev bugs
  • continue working with coding contribute and grow mozilla teams to respond to new contributors

• Data and tools
  • work with blackhole team to gather and expose contributor data
  • Work with ekyle on wiki plugin that hooks into bugzilla.
  • integrate with other contributor teams: get last activity date stamp from bugzilla users into other profile pages such as for SUMO and Mozillians
  • improve user profiles in BMO
  • Firefox extension for triage
  • draw/outline and update a new contributor roadmap (with mhoye)

• Events
  • host more bug days and report on outcome. Planned: SUMO, Good First Bug
  • host more workshops on bugzilla and triage.
  • make bugmaster/bugzilla swag to give out at events and send to new contributors.
