Outage Template

On Sept. 17, 2007 at 5:30am PST, qm-win2k3-01 and qm-winxp01 experienced a service outage for 30 minutes.

What was affected:

Unit tests on Firefox tinderbox

What was the cause of the outage:

Stuck processes.

Has this type of outage happened before?

Yes (no reports have been filed though)

What was done to repair:

Rebooted qm-win2k3-01 and qm-winxp01.

What will be done to prevent this in the future:
