Goals

Improve our error pages so users have some possible hints about how to fix whatever problem they've encountered.

From the bug: We should/could offer some helpful actions on net error pages. "Maybe you meant this instead?" (suggestions from Google if you've enabled them?) "Search for this term". "Turn on wifi".

User stories & use cases

  • Need a list of possible errors we'd handle so we can write copy & figure out whatever other content design we need done -- icons, etc.
