I happened to notice a design that was submitted today: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/we-all-need-a-little-stardu/

and is an exact copy of mine: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/celestial/

I do not believe this person has the right (by law) to use my design since it is an original, owned by me, not Mozilla and I distinctly chose to have the use restricted.

I believe in good faith that the use of the material that I claim infringes on my copyright (MaDonnas Personas) and, (ii) that all of the information contained herein is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner of this design and the exclusive copyright is being infringed.
