What is the overall goal I want to accomplish by attending MozCamp Europe

I must make 20 decisions a day about a wide range of topics important to Mozilla, and I do this with little if any input from some community members. It feels like a real lost opportunity not to have a small handful of trusted advisers from outside my team from which I can seek guidance and advice.

I also have little clear idea how Mozilla can use the community to further our Engagement goals, nor how our team can give back and help the community with theirs. Another lost opportunity I'd like to change.
